How 2 pupils were adopted from Cross River primary school


The children, Elisha Godwin Ukam and Isaiah Ugi Ugbong were allegedly adopted from the school compound after school hours.
247voiceonthestreet gathered that the children were at the school on 17th May, 2018 but were never found after school.
Two primary school pupils’ ages 5 from government primary school, Ikot Effanga, Mkpa in Calabar Municipal council of Cross River State have been abducted by unknown persons in the State.
The children, Elisha Godwin Ukam and Isaiah Ugi Ugbong were allegedly adopted from the school compound after school hours.
The Principal Council and Human Rights Activists, Barrister James Ibor who runs the Basic Rights Counsel Initiative (BRCI) said in a release made available to 247voiceonthestreet that the boys got missing on the 17th of May, 2018.
“On the 17th of May, 2018, the children reported to school in the morning but never came back. We appeal to anyone with information of their whereabouts to call Basic Rights Counsel Initiative.
He said the organization, Basic Rights Counsel Initiative, BRCI, is a non-governmental organisation based in Calabar, Cross River State and responsible for the fight against child abuse and other cases involving children.
